About Jennifer Jolliffe, Licensed Acupuncturist

Jen is a licensed acupuncturist in the state of Alaska. She holds the degree of Master of Acupuncture (M.Ac.) and a certificate in Chinese Herbal Studies from the Academy for Five Element Acupuncture in Gainesville, FL. Nationally certified by the National Council of Colleges of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM), Jen is a member of the Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine Association of Alaska and of the National Association for Detox Acupuncture.  Additionally, Jen holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Prescott College in Arizona.

Acupuncture is a medical system that honors the unique qualities of each individual and effectively works to bring about the full potential of every client. The inherent dimensions of caring, respect and attention to detail that form the foundation for Five Element acupuncture treatment are what first brought Jen to the profession and continue to guide her during all aspects of treatment.  Her mission is not only to help people by making them feel better, but also to encourage empowerment, growth and integrity through the treatments. She believes that we all have the power to make the changes which will bring balance and ease, and thus health into our lives.
